Rishiroop Ltd has renewed its leave and license agreement for office premises with Rishiroop Polymers Private Limited, a promoter group entity.

The agreement covers 1000 sq. ft. of office space and is renewed for another 11 months.

The terms remain unchanged, with a monthly rent of 0.025 Cr (exclusive of GST). This related-party transaction, approved by the Audit Committee and Board, ensures continued access to their main office space and is considered to be at arm's length.

Shareholders should note this ongoing operational expense.
