Nectar Lifesciences' Unit VI has secured Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) certification from Ukraine's SMDC, enhancing its quality recognition for products.

This certification is valid until April 2026. However, investors should note that the company's shareholders have already approved the slump sale of this Unit VI.

While the unit achieved a significant quality milestone, its operational contribution to Nectar Lifesciences will be nullified post-sale, shifting its direct impact away from the company's future financials.
