Ashika Credit Capital has appointed Ms. Anju Mundhra, currently its Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, as the Chief Compliance Officer (CCO). This designation aligns with new regulatory guidelines for enhanced compliance functions in the financial sector.

Ms. Mundhra, who joined the company in 2006 and has served as CS & Compliance Officer since 2006, brings extensive experience in compliance and risk management.

Her five-year term in this critical role aims to strengthen the company's adherence to financial regulations.
