The company's Board of Directors has set the 32nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) for September 18, 2025, at the registered office.

The board also approved the financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. Key appointments were decided, including Ms. Shikha Naredi as Scrutinizer for the AGM and M/s. Shikha Naredi & Associates as Secretarial Auditor for five years, subject to shareholder approval.

The Board further considered the re-appointment of Mr. Dilip Kumar Goyal and Mr. Amit Agarwal, and the regularization of Ms. Deepa Kumari Saha as Independent Director, all pending shareholder endorsement at the upcoming AGM.
