Vedant Asset Limited has appointed Mr. Subesh Kumar as its new Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel.

This decision by the Board followed the Nomination & Remuneration Committee's review.

Mr. Kumar brings over 17 years of experience in finance functions, including internal control systems.

Concurrently, the Board acknowledged the resignation of Mrs. Pooja Pandey from the CFO role.

This leadership change aims to strengthen the company's financial oversight, benefiting stakeholders by ensuring experienced guidance in key financial areas.

Mr. Kumar is not related to any other director.
