Organic Coatings Limited has announced its financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. Revenue from operations for the quarter stood at Rs. 7.07 Cr, with the company reporting a net loss of Rs. 0.85 Cr.

The Board has also approved the reappointment of Mr. Abhay R. Shah as a Director.

Additionally, Mr. Kuppamuthu Sundaramurthy has been appointed as an Additional Director and will serve as Whole-time Director & COO for five years, pending shareholder approval.

The company's 60th Annual General Meeting will be held on September 30, 2025.
