Raaj Medisafe India Ltd's Board has proposed GDK & Associates, Chartered Accountants, as the new Statutory Auditors.

Their appointment will be for a five-year period, starting from the conclusion of the upcoming 40th Annual General Meeting until the 45th AGM.

This change occurs as the first term of the current auditors, V.K.
