September 20, 2025, is the cut-off date for shares, with book closure from September 21-27, 2025, to determine shareholder eligibility for e-voting.

The Board approved the reappointment of Mr. K. Suresh as Manager/CEO from October 1, 2025, to September 30, 2026, pending shareholder approval.

Additionally, Ms. P. Sindhuja, a Company Secretary in Practice, is proposed for appointment as Secretarial Auditor for five years (FY 2025-26 to FY 2029-30), also subject to shareholder approval.
