Valiant Laboratories has successfully completed its Rights Issue, allotting 1.09 crore equity shares at ₹75 each.

This move raised ₹81.47 crore for the company.

Consequently, the paid-up equity share capital has increased from ₹43.45 crore to ₹54.31 crore.

The company will now credit shares to allottees' demat accounts.

This capital infusion strengthens the company's financial position and supports future growth initiatives.
