Insolation Energy Limited's wholly-owned subsidiary, Insolation Green Energy Private Limited, has incorporated ENS Green Infra Private Limited as a new step-down subsidiary.

This new entity, established with an authorized share capital of Rs. 1 lakh, will focus on developing, operating, and maintaining solar power plants, including rooftop solar projects.
