Amforge Industries has reported its financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. The company posted total income of ₹0.50 Cr, down from ₹0.65 Cr in the prior year's same quarter.

Total expenses were ₹0.52 Cr.

Consequently, Amforge reported a net loss of ₹0.08 Cr, compared to a net profit of ₹0.12 Cr in the same period last year.

Basic Earnings Per Share (EPS) stood at ₹(0.03). These results were approved by its Board of Directors.
