AMS Polymers has appointed M/s. Roshan Agarwal & Associates as its new Statutory Auditors, filling a casual vacancy.

This follows the resignation of the previous auditors, M/s. KVA & Company.

The Board's decision, supported by the Audit Committee, awaits shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting.
