Acrow India's Board, following a review by the Nomination & Remuneration Committee, has approved the re-appointment of three key executive directors, subject to shareholder approval.

Mr. Gopal Agrawal will continue as Managing Director, and Mr. Shyam Agrawal and Mr. Sanjay Trilokchand Agrawal as Whole-Time Directors.

All re-appointments are for a three-year term, ensuring leadership continuity until late 2028 and mid-2029 respectively.

This move maintains the current management team, crucial for strategic direction and operational stability.
