BCPL Railway Infrastructure Limited held its 29th Annual General Meeting via virtual means.

Shareholders approved the audited financial statements for the year ending March 31, 2025. A dividend of Re.

1.00 per share for the past financial year was also approved, providing direct returns to investors.
