Kings Infra Ventures Limited's Debenture Committee has allotted the fifth tranche of unlisted secured redeemable non-convertible debentures via private placement.

A total of 4,600 debentures, each with a face value of Rs. 1,000, were issued, aggregating to Rs. 0.46 crore.
