DMCC cancelled its prior power purchase agreement with AMPYR Renewable Energy Resources Twelve B Private Limited without penalty.

It has now entered into a new Power Purchase Agreement and Shareholders' Agreement with AMPYR Renewable Energy Resources Twelve A Private Limited.

This strategic move aims to enable DMCC to draw solar power as a captive user, reducing its energy consumption costs.

DMCC will make an initial cash investment of Rs. 0.83 Cr, securing a 1.94% shareholding for this green energy initiative.
