Electronic copies of the AGM notice and Annual Report for FY24-25 have been dispatched.

The company is providing a remote e-voting facility, enabling shareholders to vote on resolutions.

The e-voting window will open on Sunday and close on Tuesday.

Shareholders on the record date are eligible to participate and vote.
