WeP Solutions has reconstituted its Audit Committee.

Following the departure of Mr. Shankar Jaganathan, Mr. Sharul Jain has been appointed as the new Chairman.

The committee's members include Mr. G H Visweswara and Ms. Shruti Agarwal.

Importantly, all members are Non-Executive Independent Directors.
