Tarsons Products' board approved the financial results for the quarter.

Consolidated revenue from operations rose to ₹91.36 Cr from ₹84.80 Cr in the prior year quarter.

However, consolidated profit for the period significantly declined to ₹1.78 Cr compared to ₹4.02 Cr previously, primarily due to higher depreciation and finance costs.

The company has also announced its 42nd Annual General Meeting, which will be held via video conferencing/other audio-visual means.
