Shardul Securities has announced its 40th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held virtually on September 3rd at 11:00 AM via video conferencing or other audio-visual means.

The company has already sent out AGM notices and the annual report to shareholders via email.

For investor convenience, the share transfer books will be closed from August 28th to September 2nd.

E-voting will open from August 31st and close on September 2nd, with August 27th set as the cut-off date for voting eligibility.

This virtual format ensures accessible participation for all shareholders.
