Company Update

United Credit Limited will hold its 54th Annual General Meeting (AGM) through virtual means (Video Conferencing/Other Audio Visual Means). For shareholders to exercise their e-voting rights at this AGM, eligibility will be determined by their names appearing in the Register of Members or as Beneficial Owners by the designated cut-off date.

The company is using Central Depository Services (India) Limited (CDSL) to facilitate the e-voting process.
