Alkem Labs is expanding its global footprint by establishing a new subsidiary in Saudi Arabia.

The company will hold a 51% majority stake in this new venture, with a local partner holding 49%. This strategic move aims to significantly extend Alkem's business and market reach into the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

The subsidiary will focus on the manufacture, import, marketing, and distribution of pharmaceutical and nutraceutical products.

The establishment is expected within one year, with cash consideration to be determined at incorporation.

This marks a key step in Alkem's international growth strategy.
