BCPL Railway Infrastructure Limited has announced the voting results of its 29th Annual General Meeting.

Shareholders approved all resolutions, including the adoption of the annual financial statements for the year ended March 31, 2025, and the declaration of a final dividend of Re 1 per share.

Mr. Aparesh Nandi's re-appointment as a Director was also sanctioned.

Notably, shareholders approved the company's plan to disinvest its 22% stake in the subsidiary BCL Bio Energy Private Limited to Phoenix Overseas Limited, a group company.

The appointment of Secretarial Auditors for five years also received approval.
