ANS Industries has announced changes to its Board of Directors.

Mrs. Sapna Garg, a Chartered Accountant with 25 years of experience, has been appointed as an Additional Non-Executive, Women Independent Director for five years, subject to shareholder approval.

Mr. Amit Kumar Jha, a CA with 20 years experience and 2500 equity shares, joins as an Additional Non-Executive, Non-Independent Director until the next AGM.

Concurrently, Ms. Shatakshi Vashistha has resigned as an Independent Director due to personal and professional commitments.

These appointments and resignation reconfigure the board's composition and leadership.
