Anjani Foods has reconstituted three key Board Committees to enhance corporate governance.

The Audit Committee now includes Mr. P S Ranganath (Chairman, Independent), Mr. S V S Shetty (Member, Independent), and Mr. R Ravichandran (Member, Wholetime). The Nomination and Remuneration Committee is chaired by Mr. Sibi Venkata Raju (Independent), with Mr. K V Vishnu Raju (Non-Executive) and Mr. P S Raju (Independent) as members.

Finally, the Stakeholder’s Relationship Committee is led by Mr. K V Vishnu Raju (Non-Executive), joined by Mr. S V S Shetty (Independent) and Mr. Sibi Venkata Raju (Independent). These changes are crucial for internal oversight and shareholder relations.
