Libord Securities has appointed Mr. Kishan Sharma and Mr. Radhey Shyam Soni as Additional Non-Executive Independent Directors.

Mr. Sharma is a Chartered Accountant with 40 years of experience in finance and infotech, while Mr. Soni is an ex-banker with over 45 years in banking and financial consultancy.

Both bring extensive industry knowledge and strategic insights to the Board.

They will serve until the upcoming Annual General Meeting and, subject to shareholder approval, for a term of five years.

These appointments are expected to strengthen the company's governance and strategic direction.
