Insolation Energy's wholly-owned subsidiary, Insolation Green Energy Private Limited, has incorporated a new step-down subsidiary named PED Green Infra Private Limited.

This new entity, with an authorized capital of ₹1 lakh, will primarily focus on developing, erecting, and maintaining solar power plants, including rooftop solar projects.

Insolation Green Energy will hold a 60% stake in this new venture.

This strategic move expands the company's footprint within the solar industry, aiming to strengthen its renewable energy business operations.
