The company's board has approved the financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. Standalone and consolidated profit for the period stood at 0.22 Cr on total income of 0.94 Cr and 0.95 Cr respectively.

The company, which expanded into solar energy generation from July 2024, also saw the board approve M/s Soniya Gupta & Associates as Secretarial Auditor for five years (subject to shareholder approval) and reconstitute key committees.

The notice for the 36th Annual General Meeting was also approved, signalling important upcoming shareholder decisions.
