The 34th Annual General Meeting is scheduled for September 5. The company appointed Mr. Vipul Desai as an Independent Director, leveraging his 45+ years of strategic and governance expertise, and re-constituted board committees.

New statutory auditors, M/s Haziyani & Associates, were proposed for shareholder approval, replacing the outgoing firm.
