Profit After Tax surged to ₹1.16 Cr, up 353% year-on-year, and EPS reached ₹0.24. Strategically, the company launched 'Brain Fuel' capsules and unveiled plans to expand into diagnostic testing, home sample collection, and teleconsultation, including the 'Aayush Health' digital platform.

The board also declined a request for promoter reclassification.
