Evexia Lifecare has announced its board meeting, originally set to consider and approve the financial results for the quarter, has been rescheduled.

This postponement, due to unavoidable circumstances, means the release of the financial results will also be delayed.

The trading window for company insiders will remain closed until 48 hours after these results are made public, as per company policy.
