Outcome of Board Meeting

SpectSTM's Board has approved the Director's Report for the year ended March 31, 2025. They also greenlit the re-appointment of co-founders Shri Vidur Gupta as Managing Director and Shri Sidharth Agarwal as Whole-Time Director & CFO for a three-year term, effective December 1, 2025. Notably, Vidur Gupta is the son of Rajesh Gupta (Non-Executive Director), and Sidharth Agarwal is the son of Rajesh Agarwal (Non-Executive Director). The 13th Annual General Meeting (AGM) is set for September 18, 2025, with September 12, 2025, as the e-voting cut-off date. #SPECTSTM #BoardMeeting
