Asian Hotels (East) Limited (AHLEAST) has announced its 18th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held virtually.

The company's Annual Report for the last financial year has been submitted for approval.

To facilitate the AGM and dividend distribution, share transfer books will be closed.

A record date has been established to determine eligibility for voting and for receiving the dividend.

Any dividend declared at the AGM is expected to be paid to eligible shareholders within 30 days.
