Indian Infotech and Software Ltd's Rights Issue Committee has approved extending the closing date for its ongoing Rights Issue.

Originally set for August 13, the issue will now close on August 20. This extension provides eligible equity shareholders a further opportunity to apply.

All other terms and conditions of the Letter of Offer remain unchanged.

This move aims to facilitate greater shareholder participation in the capital raise.
