Rajvi Logitrade has announced significant changes to its leadership team.

Mr. Ankit Gattani, a Chartered Accountant with over 13 years of financial leadership experience, has been appointed as the new Chief Financial Officer.

The company also welcomed three new directors: Mr. Dipendra Tak as a Non-Executive, Non-Independent Director, and Mr. Prashant Raval and Mr. Rajesh Girishchandra Champanery as Independent Directors, bringing diverse expertise in finance and logistics.

Simultaneously, Mr. Chirag Hasija, Mr. Amar Nandlal Pal (due to health issues), and Mr. Dharmesh Kanubhai Barot (due to personal commitments) have resigned from their directorships, marking a notable board restructuring.
