Sonal Adhesives' board has approved the financial results for the quarter ended June 30, with Revenue from Operations at Rs 28.29 Cr and Net Profit at Rs 0.45 Cr.

The company has announced its 34th Annual General Meeting for September.

Key governance changes include the appointment of Mr. Vipul Desai as an Independent Director and M/s Haziyani & Associates as new Statutory Auditors, subject to shareholder approval at the AGM.

The board also appointed new Secretarial and Cost Auditors, reconstituted key committees, and noted the retirement of an Independent Director.
