VAS Infrastructure, currently undergoing Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP), has announced a significant development.

The National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Mumbai Bench, will further consider the Resolution Plan submitted by Authum Investment & Infrastructure Limited.

This critical matter is scheduled for a hearing on August 21. This move is pivotal for the company's future, as NCLT's consideration of this plan marks a key step in its ongoing insolvency proceedings, potentially paving the way for a resolution.
