Company Update

Sri Nachammai Cotton Mills Limited's Board approved the financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. The company reported a net profit of ₹5.38 Cr, significantly up from a ₹0.96 Cr loss in the prior year's quarter.

This includes a one-time income of ₹6.58 Cr from the modification of redeemable preference shares.

Total income from operations was ₹14.01 Cr.

Earnings per share rose to ₹12.56. Power and fuel costs decreased to ₹1.44 Cr from ₹1.86 Cr, thanks to solar power.

The company continues to face weak yarn demand but is implementing cost-control measures.
