Sonal Adhesives' board has approved the financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025, reporting a net profit of Rs. 0.45 Cr from revenues of Rs. 28.29 Cr.

The company will convene its 34th Annual General Meeting on September 25, 2025. Significant board changes include the appointment of Mr. Vipul Desai as an Additional Independent Director and the cessation of Mr. Nitin Rane's tenure.

Furthermore, new Statutory Auditors (M/s Haziyani & Associates), Cost Auditors (M/s. S K Agarwal & Associates), and Secretarial Auditor (CS Prashant Diwan) have been appointed, with certain appointments requiring shareholder approval.

Board committee compositions were also re-constituted.
