The Board has appointed M/s. Vasant Patel & Associates as the Company's Secretarial Auditors for a five-year term.

This appointment, subject to shareholder approval, will cover secretarial audit from April 1, 2025, to March 31, 2030. The firm, established in 2001, brings expertise in corporate law, SEBI regulations, and overall compliance.
