The company reported its financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025, with consolidated total revenue at ₹7.25 Cr and net profit at ₹0.63 Cr.

Standalone net profit stood at ₹0.66 Cr.

The board also approved the relocation of its registered office within Mumbai, aiming to optimize operations.

Furthermore, Mr. Hanuman Patel, with 7 years of finance and compliance experience, has been appointed as the new Company Secretary & Compliance Officer, strengthening the company's governance framework.
