Loyal Textile Mills' Board greenlit the proposed sale of its manufacturing units located in Menakur, Andhra Pradesh, and Arasanur, Tamil Nadu.

This strategic move, aimed at streamlining operations, is contingent on shareholder approval at the upcoming 79th Annual General Meeting.

Further strengthening its governance, the company also appointed Mohan Kumar & Associates as Secretarial Auditors for a five-year term, subject to shareholder endorsement.
