PBT grew 36.50% to ₹5.40 Cr, and PAT increased 34.37% to ₹4.04 Cr quarter-over-quarter.

The company strategically acquired a 51% stake in Tycod Autotech Private Limited, an auto components manufacturer, for approximately ₹224 Cr.
