Minolta Finance's board has approved several key changes.

Mr. Dinesh Kumar Patnia has resigned as Managing Director.

Mr. Arvind Jethalal Gala has been re-appointed as a director and will also serve as Non-Executive Chairman, pending shareholder approval.

The company has seen a complete change in its audit teams: M/s Khandelwal Prem & Associates have resigned as Statutory Auditors, replaced by M/s JCR & Co. LLP for a five-year term.

The Internal Auditor and Secretarial Auditor roles also saw changes, with new firms M/S. TRS & Co. and M/s Amruta Giradkar & Associates appointed respectively.
