Minolta Finance announced key changes to its leadership and audit teams.

Mr. Dinesh Kumar Patnia has resigned as Managing Director.

Mr. Arvind Jethalal Gala is now the Non-Executive Chairman, pending shareholder approval.

The company also appointed new auditors across the board: M/s JCR & Co. LLP (Statutory, 5 years), M/S. TRS & Co. (Internal), and M/s Amruta Giradkar & Associates (Secretarial, 5 years). These updates reflect a major overhaul in governance and oversight functions.
