Minolta Finance Ltd. has announced significant leadership and audit function changes.

Mr. Dinesh Kumar Patnia resigned as Managing Director.

Mr. Arvind Jethalal Gala was re-appointed as a director and appointed Non-Executive Chairman, pending shareholder approval.

The company is also replacing all its auditors.

The statutory, internal, and secretarial auditors have resigned, and new firms have been appointed for multi-year terms (statutory & secretarial for 5 years, internal for 1 year). These comprehensive changes are set to enhance the company's governance and oversight.
