Further, the company has announced plans to acquire 100% of Mobavenue Media, an AI-powered ad-tech company.

Mobavenue reported FY25 revenue of Rs. 149.90 Cr and PAT of Rs. 16.10 Cr.

This strategic move aims to bolster Lucent's AI-powered advertising capabilities and expand its global footprint, pending shareholder approval.
