Accel Limited has issued a revised Scrutinizer's Report for its Extra Ordinary General Meeting held on August 9, 2025. The company previously released a report that contained clerical errors.

The EGM's key agenda was the approval of the amalgamation scheme of Accel Media Ventures Limited with Accel Limited.

According to the rectified results, the special resolution for the amalgamation was overwhelmingly approved, with 100% of the 0.3759 Cr votes polled being in favour.

This clarifies the shareholder approval for a significant corporate restructuring, impacting the company's future operational setup and business scope.
