Ajax Engineering has announced its 33rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held virtually on September 5, 2025, at 2:00 PM (IST). Shareholders can access the FY2024-25 Annual Report via the company website and stock exchange platforms.

E-voting opens September 2nd and closes September 4th.

The company encourages shareholders to register their email addresses with their Depository Participants or RTA for prompt communication and digital access to future documents.
