Modulex Construction Technologies' Board has approved its financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. On a standalone basis, total income increased to 0.42 Cr from 0.04 Cr year-on-year, and net loss reduced slightly to (0.32) Cr from (0.37) Cr.

However, consolidated results show a significant shift: total income fell sharply to 0.04 Cr from 12.83 Cr in the previous year's quarter.

This led to a consolidated net loss of (3.64) Cr, a considerable change from the 11.18 Cr profit reported in the same quarter last year, impacting shareholder sentiment.
